Perched on a rocky cape with the Laurentian Mountains and Mont St-Sauveur as its panorama, this minimalist Scandinavian-style residence gently integrates into the topography of the rugged terrain.

The living areas, located on the upper floor, fully open to the outside through the immense triangular windows that project towards the cape, creating an exhilarating sensation of being suspended in the landscape.

Attached to the main structure by a narrow glass passage, the garage offers additional living space through the integration of a supplementary loft designed as a large dormer window integrated into the roof.

With no artifice, the house embraces its minimalist spirit through the combination of raw concrete and black steel that dress its volumes in a Nordic language.
