Paloma S 601

Drawing inspiration from modern and Mid-Century architectural codes, and even incorporating elements of the Prairie style, especially in the fenestration, this residence stands out with its predominance of horizontal lines and its wide roof overhangs punctuated by narrow vertical elements.

Despite being spread over two floors, this horizontal design gives the whole building an elongated profile, facilitating its integration into the surroundings: a luxurious and impeccably tasteful home that avoids falling into the trap of opulence and excess.

Completely open to the backyard, the open-concept interior is in perfect harmony with carefully planned outdoor spaces, including several covered terraces separated by a lounge area attached to the pool, nestled in the heart of the U-shaped floor plan.
