Orion

Set within a mature wooded site in Boischatel, ORION is organized around a cross-shaped plan, a geometry that both structures the home and opens it to its surroundings.

The volumes extend in four directions, creating a balanced composition where each wing maintains a degree of independence while remaining connected to the main living areas. This layout allows natural light to settle into the spaces and offers multiple views of the landscape throughout the house.

Subtle curves are introduced within the plan to soften the geometry and guide movement. They ease circulation, particularly around the garage areas, while gently framing views toward the surrounding forest.

The material palette is intentionally restrained. Monochromatic tones and durable materials anchor the residence in time, allowing light and landscape to remain at the forefront.
